All of the listed fonts are scalable.
Where the IBM Core Interchange code pages are referenced in Table 17 on
page 39, only the Latin 1 Country Extended, Latin 1 EBCDIC Publishing, Latin 1
ASCII and Latin EBCDIC DCF code pages are supported.
