Identify μA__________
Note
: High fire μA should be greater than 6 μA.
If the value is:
Less than 6 μA, verify combustion.
Correct, check the ignitor is correctly positioned in relation to the burner.
Still low consider replacing the ignitor with the latest ignitor kit.
3. Test the gas lock-up.
To test the gas lock-up, do one of the three methods:
1. Remove the thermostat block (TB2 pins 1-10), wait and record the highest gas pressure observed.
2. Open the call for your chosen heat load, wait and record the highest gas pressure observed.
3. Change
Manual
to
Off
, then change back to
Manual
, wait and then record the highest gas
pressure. If the gas pressure fails to:
Stop under 14"WC, and continues to rise after the call for heat has been disabled, adjust or
replace the regulator.
Lock up under 14"WC, consider the placement of the regulator in relationship to the boiler,
the regulator selection itself, or adjust as needed.
Use the
Back
button to navigate to the
Main Menu
, and then see Step 4.
4. Lower the heat output to the minimum firing rate.
