When Disabled ME will be put into ME 
Temporarily Disabled Mode. 

Manageability Features 
State 

Enable/Disable Intel(R) Manageability features. 

Note: 

This option disables/enables 

Manageability Features support in FW. To 
disable support platform must be in an 
unprovisioned state first. 

AMT BIOS Features 

When disabled AMT BIOS Features are no 
longer supported and user is no longer able to 
access MEBx Setup.  

Note:

 This opton does not disable
