Shut down /Power off your Slide.



Insert the SIM card in SIM slot properly



Switch On & boot your Slide.

Note: While detecting the SIM your battery should not be very low.



My Slide is not detecting pen drive.

The Slide does not support pen drive, mouse or key board connectivity.



My Micro SD card is not detecting?



Please do power Off your Slide, to insert the Micro SD card in your slide



Do Power On after insert Micro SD card, to detect it.



I am not able to do direct video calling.



Although the Slide support 3G network you cannot perform direct video

calling. You can do video chatting using third party applications.


