  Connecting to a camera using a network

1.

   Connect the camera to a PoE (Power over Ethernet) enabled switch or 

router using a RJ45 Cat5 or Cat6 connection cable.

1.1.  Connect the users computer to the PoE switch or router.
 

 

 

 

 

OR

1.

   Connect the camera to a personal computer or a switch or router using 

a RJ45 Cat5 or Cat6 connection cable.

1.1. Connect a properly grounded 24Volt AC power source to the camera. 

 

Operating or storage location

Use the Annexxus Finder located on this CD to find the Camera’s IP 
address (default is 192.0.0.64)

3.  

Open an internet browser and type the IP Address of the camera into 
the address bar. Hit enter.
