The power bank will not charge the device.
Answer:
Unfortunately, despite the European standard on compatibility of charging equipment, some companies
protect their brand products and these can be charged only by the original / licensed charging adapter.
Question:
After pressing the ON/OFF button no light goes ON on the power bank.
Answer:
The capacity is zero (it is necessary to recharge the power bank) or the power bank has a defect (contact
your claim-handling department) and return the product.
Question:
The device connected to the included micro USB cable will not charge.
Answer:
Make sure that the cable is properly connected to the device.
