Operation
6.1
Before you start
1.
Check the i-vac 5B® for damage or defects.
2.
Make sure that the dust bag is placed in the i-vac 5B, see section 5.3.
3.
Make sure you have the correct tool for the intended purpose, see Figure 2.
4.
Check the brush from the tool for wear and tear.
5.
Make sure the motor filter is clean, see section 7.1.3.

Height adjustment
Add or remove a section of the wand (Figure 16,
pos 1) to adjust the length.

Insert the battery
1.
Insert the battery (Figure 17, pos 1) in the
slot (Figure 17, pos 2), until you hear a
"click". The battery is now fixated.
2.
Press the ON/OFF switch (Figure 17, pos 3)
to turn on the i-vac 5B.
3.
Check the battery power status LED located
above the ON/OFF switch (Figure 17, pos 4).
See section 2.1.
4.
Press the ON/OFF switch (Figure 17, pos 3)
to turn off the i-vac 5B.

TIP:
It is not recommended to use the battery when charged less than 40%.
