The PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code is required to
change a blocked PIN code. The PUK code is required to
change a blocked PIN2 code.

2. If you key in an incorrect PIN2 code three times in
succession, you may need to key in PUK2 code.
3. If you key in an incorrect PUK code ten times in
succession, the SIM card cannot be used anymore.

Phone Code
Phone code protects the phone against unauthorized use. It is
not on when you buy the phone. You can change the phone
code (0000) to any four to eight-digit personal codes.
