How to prepare a USB storage drive to do a firmware upgrade to the TV.
It's easy to convert a USB drive to FAT32 file system format in Microsoft
Windows. Here is an example in Windows XP to format the USB Drive. Please
note that all the contents in the USB drive will be erased.

Plug in the USB Drive into the PC.

Go to “My Computer” and select your USB drive

Right click on it and select “Format”
