I.D.AL - Standalone MP3 player - Module 3 for SP603 - 8 in / 4 out - Installation
Installation du module 3 :
Removal of the existing module :
●
Remove the top cover to open up the player. Caution with the ground cable.
●
Unscrew the 2 screws which holds the module inside the rack.
●
Remove the connectors after having identified them (sticking labels is advisable)
The connector in the far right may or may not be connected (depending on the generation of player). In any case, this connector
is not used anymore (it could even disturb the RS232 links if a standard cable is used instead of the recommended one).
●
Remove the module.
●
Install the new module 3 in the rack.
●
Connect the 3 connectors in the same order and the same way as there were on the initial module.
Do not reconnect the far right connector – It is not used anymore.
●
Connect the ribbon cable onto the motherboard ; it cannot be connected the wrong way.
●
Screw the module back on the rack.
●
Fit and screw the cover back on.
