Playing from the menu
For DVD discs:
1. If the disc is a DVD, press the MENU or TITLE buttons on the RC, the root menu will appear on the screen.
The display will show all the chapters or titles.
2. Press the number buttons or the , buttons to select the desired item. Press ENTER to start playing.
For VCD discs:
1. During VCD playing, press the TITLE button on the RC, PBC playback (PlayBack Control) starts and the
menu of entire disc appears on the monitor.
2. Select your favorite track by using number buttons.
3. When a track is playing press the STOP button to return to the menu if you would like to end the track and
select others.
4. To cancel PBC playing, press the TITLE button again.
Note: PBC playing confirms to version 2.0 of SVCD/ DVD disc only.
Changing the viewing angle
For DVD discs only.
Press ANGLE on the RC repeatedly to select the playing angle when the main unit is in play mode:
Angle 1 => Angle 2 => Angle 3 (if the disc supports the multi-angle scenes).
Note:
The mark on a DVD's package indicates it features multi-angle scenes.
The number in the mark indicates the number of angles from which scenes were shot.
If you press ANGLE during fast forward/ fast reverse or pause, fast forward/ fast reverse or pause is
canceled and normal playback resumes but the viewing angle does not change.
