Battery Replacement for Remote Start Fob
The two (2) 3-Volt Lithium battery (Model: CR2025) supplied in your remote control transmitter will last approximately 3 years,
depending on usage. When the batteries begin to weaken, the Remote Start Fob LEDs will no longer flash per operation and the
range of the remote transmission distance will be decreased. Replacement batteries are available at local electronics stores.
Follow the instructions below to change the remote control battery:
1. Use a coin or small screwdriver to pry the remote control halves apart.
2. Remove the old batteries and replace with 2 new CR2025 batteries.
3. Be sure to observe the (+) sign when inserting the new batteries.
4. Before assembling the transmitter case, you should test the remote control by performing a remote start operation.
Note:
Recycle or dispose of the old batteries according to local laws or regulations.
