Check that there is no excessive smoke form the exhaust after 10 minutes of
running, and the engine has reached working temperature

Check that there are no oil or fuel leaks.
If you notice any issues, stop the engine and locate the fault.

5. LOAD
Start appliances one-by-one. Do not start 2 or more appliances
simultaneously- start them one by one.
Induction loads, such as appliances with electric motors, especially air
compressors and pressure washers take up to 4 times the rated wattage
to start their motors. For example a 3hp (2200w/ 2.2kw) air compressor
can take up to 8800w/8.8kw to start it!
Do not use floodlights together with other appliances
5.1.
230 Volt AC use.
5.1.1.
With engine running, switch ON the main breaker switch;
5.1.1.1.
Check the Voltage reading when in ‘Voltage Mode’ (see 2.5. Control Module
Functions). It should read 230v ± 5%.
5.1.2.
Check the Frequency reading when in ‘Frequency Mode’ (see 2.5. Control Module
Functions). It should read 50Hz.
5.1.3.
Connect the equipment to the generator in correct order.

Connecting the loads with the largest motor first, then the smaller items.
