8 – Troubleshooting and System Tests

Test 9 – Electronic regulator

Symptom: Air flows continuously through the torch.

Turn OFF the machine and disconnect the power.

Disconnect the electronic regulator control cable (J6) from the power board.



If air continues to flow, replace the electronic regulator.



If the air stops flowing, verify the DSP board by replacing it with a known good one. If the DSP board is not the
problem, replace the power board.
