Use both hands to grip saw. Always use left hand to
grip front handle and right hand to grip rear handle.
Use a firm grip. Thumbs and fingers must wrap around
saw handles.

Hold the chain saw at the right-hand side of your body.

Do not operate the chain saw with arms fully extended,
attempt to saw areas which are difficult to reach, or
stand on a ladder while sawing
