FI SYSTEM DIAGNOSIS 4-1-28

INSPECTION
◈
Step 1
1) Remove the fuel tank and frame cover.
2) Turn the ignition switch “OFF” position.
3) Check the injector couplers NO.1

and NO.2
②
for loose or poor contacts.
If OK, then measure the injector resistance.
※ � : Fuel injector NO.1
� : Fuel injector NO.2
4) Disconnect the injector couplers NO.1
①
and
NO.2
②
and measure the resistance between
terminals.
“C32” or “C33” FUEL INJECTOR CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION
5) If OK, then check the continuity between injector
terminals and ground.
DETECTED CONDITION
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Fuel injector not comes in voltage from battery.
●
Injector circuit open or short.
●
Injector malfunction.
●
ECU malfunction.
