Utilities
Just like your house, your 210 Popular has fresh water, electricity, waste water disposal, heating, and cooling systems. In the 210 Popular, these systems are self-
contained and travel with you.
Your vehicle should be reasonably level to allow normal operation of the system.
Fresh Water
Standard Edition
Fresh water is contained in two tanks, called the exterior and interior tanks. The exterior tank is underneath the driver's seat outside the passenger
compartment and thus exposed to the elements, so it is susceptible to freezing. The interior tank is inside the Roadtrek underneath the rear lounge area, and
will allow you to carry and use water in mildly sub-freezing conditions.
The two tanks are connected by the tank isolator valve located next to the water heater. There are two fill locations.
•
The fill for the exterior tank is in the door post of the front driver door, near the door handle. Look for the orange plug in the fill port. Running
water into the fill port will fill the exterior tank only - approximately 17 gallons.
•
The tank selector valve determines which tank the water pump draws water from. It is a long handle with a plastic cover, usually red or yellow in
color, located next to the water heater, behind a door down at floor level to the left of the refrigerator. See photos below for how to position the
valve to draw from the exterior or interior tank. In summer mode, this handle is in the exterior tank position, and the tank isolator valve is open. In
