Exercises
- starts training in the selected sport discipline: walking, running,
cycling, jumping, badminton, basketball, soccer, swimming; during training
performs (depending on the type of exercise) the measurement of heart rate,
number of steps taken, distance travelled, duration of training and estimate the
number of calories burned; to complete the training press shortly the function
button and select the symbol of a red circle with a square in the centre.

BP
- measures systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP);
to start the measurement, touch the device screen after selecting the function.

Saturation
- performs blood saturation measurement, indicates its strength; to
start the measurement, touch the screen after selecting the function.
•
Weather
- displays weather information based on data from the smartphone the
device is connected to.
•
Camera -
used to remotely take pictures with the camera of the smartphone the
device is connected to; this feature requires the Da Fit app installed on the
smartphone to work, this feature does not work with typical camera apps.
•
Player -
allows basic control (previous/next track, pause, resume) of media
players installed on the smartphone connected to the device.
•
Breathing
- Helps with breathing alignment and relaxation; to activate the
feature touch the device screen after selecting it and follow the on-screen
instructions.

Games
–
two simple games: Young bird and 2048.
•
Settings:
o
Stopwatch
- allows you to measure time periods together divided into
up to eight laps.
o
Alarm clock
- allows you to view and enable or disable the alarms set
from the Da Fit application on the connected smartphone with the
device; the alarm is signalled by vibrations of the device.
o
Countdown
- allows you to set a short countdown: from 10 minutes to
3 hours in increments of 10 minutes; the end of the countdown is
signalled by the device vibrating.
o
Menu view
- change the appearance of the menu: grid view or list view.
o
Brightness
- adjust screen brightness.
o
Vibration
- enable or disable vibration of the device.
o
Silent
- silent mode - simultaneously turns off vibration and reduces
screen brightness.
o
Reset
- restore the device to factory defaults Off - turn off the device.
o
Information
- View device information such as model name or MAC
address.
o
QR code
- display QR code for downloading Da Fit app.
