4.9 Speaker backlight
The speaker has a multi-coloured backlight that can be turned on and off by long-pressing
the
M
button. The backlight switches on with speaker by default.
5. Troubleshooting
If you have problems with the unit, please refer to the following tips.
I cannot switch
the device on.
Make sure the battery is charged.
Charging does not
work
Make sure charging source is working correctly.
Check if the power cord is working. If the checked power cable
does not charge, please contact the manufacturer's hotline.
Bluetooth
connection does
not work
Make sure that your source device is paired correctly with the
speaker.
Make sure the speaker is set to wireless mode.
Check if the source device is not paired with another device.
Check that the devices are not more than 10 m apart in an open
space. Obstacles (furniture, walls) reduce the range of cooperation
possible between devices.
Make sure that other devices do not interfere with the
transmission.
No sound is heard
when connected
to a sound source.
If connected via Bluetooth:
Check the volume level of the speaker and sound source.
Check the Bluetooth connection volume set on your source
device.
Make sure that you have not set a limit on audio streaming on the
unit and that you have not set a different method for sending
audio.
When connected with a minijack cable:
Check that the cable is correctly connected to the sound source.
Check the volume level of the speaker and sound source.
Check that the minijack socket in the speaker or sound source is
not damaged.
Check the power cord or minijack plug for damage.
microSD card /
USB memory
audio files does
not play.
Check whether the memory is damaged.
Check if files format is correct.
Check the file system on the medium. The speaker works with
FAT32 and exFAT.
You can hear the
sound, but there
are also noises
and crackles.
If connected via Bluetooth:
Check the quality of the sound files in the sound source.
Check that the connection is not interrupted by another devices
(like a microwave, freezer etc.)
Check that the distance from the sound source is not too great.
When connected with a minijack cable:
Check that the socket outlet in the sound source of the device is
not damaged.
