No sound is heard when
connected to a sound
source.
If connected via Bluetooth:
Check that the volume of the headphones or audio
source is not set to a minimum.
Check the Bluetooth connection volume set on your
source device.
Make sure that you have not set a limit on audio
streaming on the source device and that you have set
a correct channel for sending audio.
When connected with a 3.5 mm minijack cable:
Check that the cable is correctly connected to the sound
source.
Check the volume level of the sound source.
Check that the socket in the sound source is not
damaged.
Check that the plug or cord of the headphones is not
damaged.
You can hear the sound,
but there are also noises
and crackles.
If connected via Bluetooth:
Check the quality of the sound files in the source.
Check that the connection is not interrupted by another
device.
Check that the distance from the sound source is not too
great
When connected with a 3.5 mm minijack cable:
Check that the socket outlet in the sound source of the
device is not damaged.
Check that the headphones or cable are not damaged.
I cannot switch on active

Charge the battery.

STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT
If you will not be using the device for an extended period of time, after turning it off,
cleaning it and folding it up, store it and its accessories in the supplied case in a dry
room away from sources of heat and moisture. It is best to place the device out of
reach of children and pets.
