3.2.2 Electrical connections
Connect the USB cable provided to the port located on the rear of the
Innovate system. Do not connect the USB cable to the PC until installation
of Innovate.im software. (See Section 3.1).
Note: Check if power supply is within the permissible range of the Innovate
operating voltage. Connect instrument only if the power supply is 110 – 240 V.
a. Connect instrument to the wall outlet using the power cord supplied.
b. If you have not already done so, connect the computer to the
wall outlet.
c. Connect temperature control unit to the wall outlet using the power
cord supplied.

Close the instrument cover and
replace lid screw and white cap (g ).
Place the red label inside the
instrument (f) to the right side of the
transport screw.
Unscrew the transport safety screw
(e). This screw secures the plate
carrier and should always be engaged
to prevent damage when shipping the
instrument.
