Filling/bleeding passive filter housing

Filling/bleeding passive filter housing

To fill and bleed the passive filter housing, proceed as follows:

1. Slowly open the pressure

equalization valve (B).

A small output flow is removed
from the active output flow to fill
the passive filter housing.

2. Unscrew the air bleed screw (C)

on the cover of the passive filter
housing.

Wait until the filter housing is
completely filled and no more air
escapes.

3. Close the pressure equalization

valve (B).
