HLPD
Pressure fluid based on mineral oil
with active substances for
increasing corrosion protection,
resistance to aging and with addi-
tives with a detergent effect.
IEC DIN EN 60204-1
Electric equipment of machines -
Part 1: General requirements. This
part of IEC 60204 is applicable to
electric, electronic and program-
mable electronic equipment and
systems for machines, which are
not carried by hand during oper-
ation and includes a group of
machines that work together in a
coordinated manner. The
equipment, which is covered by this
part of IEC 60204, begins at the
location of the power supply of the
electric equipment of the machine.
ISO 6743/4
The most used pressure fluids are
produced on the basis of mineral oil
with the respective additives. They
are also called hydraulic oils. The
requirements for these hydraulic
oils are specified in ISO 6743/4 with
the designations HL, HM and HV.
HL: with active substances for
increasing corrosion protection and
resistance to aging. They are used
at pressures of up to 200 bar and
meet the normal thermal loads. HM:
with active substances for
increasing corrosion protection,
resistance to aging and reduction of
wear due to scoring in mixed friction
areas. HV: with active substances
for increasing corrosion protection,
resistance to aging, reduction of
wear due to scoring in mixed friction
areas and improvement in the
viscosity-temperature behavior.
PVC
Polyvinyl chloride is a thermoplastic
polymer. As a spiral hose made of
transparent PVC, with spirals made
of galvanized spring steel and
smooth on the inside and outside.
Temperature range -15°C to +60°C.
