Step

Description

1. Fault:

"V-pump overflow"

Cause: fill level in the vacuum pump is too high

Water Ring Vacuum Pump:

Water does not flow into the condensation tank

Check drain valve and clean if necessary

Check functioning of float switch

Rotary vane vacuum pump:

- Drain oil until the level is between Min. and Max.

To reset the failure, press the RESET key

The fault recurs?

->a. Yes

-> proceed to Step 7.

->b. No

-> proceed to Step 8.

Check SPS for proper
functioningThere may be too much
foam in the vacuum chamber ->
Reduce the vacuum

-> proceed to Step 4.

The failure is repaired.
