13.
Insert the four bolts with washers for the filter cover in
the bore holes and screw on the nuts with washers be-
low by hand.
Tighten the four bolts
= 30 mm to a torque of 150
Nm.
To keep the bolts moving smoothly, we rec-
ommend coating the threaded connection with assembly
paste.

(I)
Open the shut-off device slowly at the inlet

to avoid
pressure shocks to the filter and fill the filter housing.

) During the filling process, take note of the vent bore.
(III)
Shut the shut-off device at the inlet
IN
as soon as
fluid escapes.
15.
(I)
Screw in the vent screw clockwise using an Allen
wrench
= 10 mm.
Tighten the vent screw with a torque of 20 Nm.

Open the shut off device at the inlet

Open the shut off device at the outlet

After commissioning, check the filtration unit for leaks.

The replacement of the filter element is now complete.
The filter housing is ready for operation.
