HLPD
Pressure fluid based on mineral oil
with active substances for increas-
ing corrosion protection, resistance
to aging and with additives with a
detergent effect.
IEC DIN EN 60204-1
Electric equipment of machines -
Part 1: General requirements. This
part of IEC 60204 is applicable to
electric, electronic and program-
mable electronic equipment and
systems for machines, which are
not carried by hand during opera-
tion and includes a group of ma-
chines that work together in a coor-
dinated manner. The equipment,
which is covered by this part of IEC
60204, begins at the location of the
power supply of the electric equip-
ment of the machine.
ISO 6743/4
The most used pressure fluids are
produced on the basis of mineral oil
with the respective additives. They
are also called hydraulic oils. The
requirements for these hydraulic
oils are specified in ISO 6743/4 with
the designations HL, HM and HV.
HL: with active substances for in-
creasing corrosion protection and
resistance to aging. They are used
at pressures of up to 200 bar and
meet the normal thermal loads. HM:
with active substances for increas-
ing corrosion protection, resistance
to aging and reduction of wear due
to scoring in mixed friction areas.
HV: with active substances for in-
creasing corrosion protection, resis-
tance to aging, reduction of wear
due to scoring in mixed friction ar-
eas and improvement in the viscos-
ity-temperature behavior.
Operating personnel - General
Such persons have been instructed
about the handling and operation of
the product and informed about po-
tential dangers to body and life,
property and environmental con-
tamination that can result from im-
proper use.
PVC
Polyvinyl chloride is a thermoplastic
polymer. As a spiral hose made of
transparent PVC, with spirals made
of galvanized spring steel and
smooth on the inside and outside.
Temperature range -15°C to +60°C.
