3�2�17 To troubleshoot abnormal exhaust
color
Smoke color Cause and action
Black smoke 1. The engine load exceeds the
recommended load. Reduce the
load.
2. The oil supply is insufficient.
Adjust the oil pump.
3. The clearance and seal of the
valve is not good. Adjust the
clearance and the sealing of the
valve.
4. Oil injects too late because the
advance angle is too small. Adjust
the advance angle.
5. The intake is insufficient because
the air filter or pipe is blocked.
Clean the filter or change the core.
White smoke 1. The oil spray is abnormal and oil
drops because the pressure is low.
Check and change the oil
injection. Adjust the throttle
pressure.
2. Fuel does not ingite in the
chamber at engine start. Increase
the throttle.
Blue smoke 1. The air filter is blocked, the air
intake is not good and there is too
much oil in the filter. Do a check of
and clean the filter, reduce the oil
in the filter.
2. The piston ring is jammed or
mounted incorrectly. Oil flows in
the chamber. Do a check of the
piston ring and change it if it is
necessary.
3. The engine speed is too low. The
clearance between the piston and
cylinder liner is too big. The fuel
flows in the combustion chamber.
Decrease the load.
4. Too much engine oil is filled. Do
not fill more oil than the marker.
3�2�18 To store the machine for a longer
period
1. Run the machine for 5 minutes and then stop the
engine.
2. Drain the oil before the engine cools off.
3. Remove the dipstick (A) and fill with new oil. Attach
the dipstick.
4. Remove the oil plug (B) and fill about 2ml. Attach the
plug.

5. Press and hold down the decompression lever (A)
and pull the recoil starter two or three times.

6. Pull the decompression lever and pull the starter (D)
slowly until you feel a resistance. This process
prevents dust from entering the engine.

7. Clean the machine from dust and store the machine
in a dry place.
