1. Attach the product to a drill stand. Refer to
the product with a drill stand on page 10

2. Turn the knob (A) counterclockwise.

3. Put your thumb on the lower part (B) of the trigger
lock bracket and put 2-4 fingers at the top part (C) of
the trigger lock bracket. Push your thumb and fingers
together and install the trigger lock bracket to the
product.

4. Turn the knob (D) clockwise to push and hold the
power switch to start position.

To use the product handheld
1. Install a drill bit with a maximum diameter of 75 mm.
The larger the drill bit, the more dangerous reaction
if the drill stops to move freely.
2. Lock the auxiliary handle tightly in position before
you start to drill. Refer to
in an applicable position on page 11
.
3. During operation, keep a stable position with you
feet on the ground.
WARNING:
Do not drill from a
ladder. If the drill bit stops suddenly, the
strong torque can cause you to fall.
4. Change the gear to 2 or 3. Refer to
on page 13
.
WARNING:
Do not do handheld
drilling in first gear. The product has a
strong torque that can result in injury if
the drill bit stops to move freely.
To set the auxiliary handle in an
applicable position
1. Turn the auxiliary handle counterclockwise to
release it.
2. Move the auxiliary handle around the spindle shaft to
an applicable operation position.
3. Turn the auxiliary handle clockwise to lock it. Tighten
fully.
To prepare the product for dry drilling
WARNING:
Use approved respiratory
protection. Do not breathe the dangerous
dust.
WARNING:
Do not use a standard
vacuum cleaner. Use only dust extractors
made especially for dangerous dust. Refer
to
Recommended dust extractor capacity on
page 21
for specifications.
1. Attach the dust extractor adapter to the product.
