Clean the product. X
Do a check of all safety devices. X
Make sure that nuts and screws are tight. * *
Do a check of the electrical components,
the cables and the connections for wear and
damages.

Do a check of the hose connections. Do a
check of all hoses on the product for dam-
ages or leakage.

Make sure that the dust hoses are not dam-
aged and free of blockage.
*
Make sure that the dust collector is empty
and connected correctly.
*
Do a complete servicing and cleaning of the
product.

BMP 215: Make sure that the power plug and
extension cable are in good condition and
not damaged.

BMP 215Petrol: Make sure that there is no
oil or fuel leak.

To clean the product
• Always clean all the equipment after use. Use a
vacuum cleaner.
• Do not use a high-pressure washer to clean the
product.
• Keep the air openings clean and clear to make
sure that the product always has sufficiently cool
temperature.
• Clean the tool drum after operation on moist
surfaces.
To change the direction of rotation of
the motor BMP 215
1. Stop the motor. Refer to To stop the product on page
32
.
2. Wait until the product is fully stopped.
3. Disconnect the power plug.
4. Turn the inverter switch in the mains plug to the
opposite position.
Scarifying drum
Tools for the scarifying drum
There are different tools for the scarifying drums, Cutters
(A) and Milling cutters (B). The tools are applicable for
different surfaces.
