INTRODUCTION
DEAR ALL,
You have purchased a piece of professional equipment. Prior to commencing operation,
you should read and understand this Certificate and keep it throughout service life of the equip-
ment.
Please keep in mind that observance of the instructions in this Certificate extends the ser-
vice life of the equipment and prevents injury of operating personnel.
We hope our recommendations will facilitate operation of the equipment to the fullest.
The equipment is designed to steam cook sausages and keep them warm and moist due to
water in the tank.
There is a glass bottle on the tank with the internal basket consisting of two parts: one for
sausages to be cooked, another for cooked sausages. Sausages do not contact water directly.
In models with heated rods, they are used to warm buns from inside.
Temperature of the water heating element can be adjusted with the adjustor.
The equipment is intended for commercial use and is subject to maintenance by skilled person-
nel.
ATTENTION
Place the equipment on a stable heat-resistant surface.
Do not place the equipment close to walls or flammable materials. The minimal distance to
objects, walls, etc. is 10 cm.
APPLICATION
Fill 650 ml of water into the water container.
Do not use the equipment without water.
OPERATION
1.
Set the required temperature.
2.
For the fast heating, set the adjustor to the MAX position.
TURNING OFF
1.
Set the adjustor to the 0 position
2.
Power off the equipment.
3.
Wait for the equipment to cool down.
4.
Wash the equipment.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Disconnect the equipment from electric mains.
•
Was the equipment after every use.
•
Use only non-abrasive cleaning agents for stainless steel, soapy water or dishwasher
liquid with a soft sponge for cleaning.
•
Wipe the equipment with wet cloth.
•
Wipe the equipment with soft dry cloth
