DISASSEMBLY AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Remove
the forming funnel by
unscrewing
the front ring nut and
pull the
funnel
out.
2.
Turn the
handle
until the
plunger
rises to the top and leaves the
container
.
3.
Turn the
container
outward and pull it upward to remove the
container
from the
sausage filler barrel
.
4.
Unscrew
the plunger
from
the plunger rod
. Disconnect
the pressure relief valve
from
the plunger
. Remove the
plunger gasket
from
the plunger
.
5.
Wash all the parts that have come into contact with the meat with hot soapy water.
REMEMBER TO WASH ALL PARTS IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE. Rinse immediately and
wipe all parts thoroughly. Sterilize if necessary.
6.
Lubricate the entire
rod
,
container
,
pressure relief valve parts
and
front ring nut
with
food grade lubricant before and after each use
