SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS!

 Read this entire manual before operating 

this product. When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be 

followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury, including the following:

WARNING: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). To 

reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one 

way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a 

qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.

18. Always use on a dry, level surface.

19. To reduce the risks of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons that may exist due to use of 

      the product. User should place the product and connected cord so that the product is not 

      likely to be upset.

20. To reduce the potential risk of electric shock due to overfilling or cleaning the product and

      removal of the heating element portion of the product. User should disconnect the 

      power-supply cord.

RULES FOR SAFE OPERATION:

1. Use this fan only for purposes described in this manual.
2. This fan is intended for household use only and not for outdoor, commercial or industrial use.
3. This fan is not intended for use in kitchens.
4. To protect against electric shock, do not place fan in a window, immerse unit, plug or cord in 
    water or spray with liquids.
5. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
6. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, 
    sensory for mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been 
    given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for 
    their safety.

 run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar 

      coverings.

 route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from 

      traffic areas and where it will not be tripped over.

 operate fan with a damaged cord or plug, after a malfunction or if it has been 

      dropped/damaged in any manner. Discard fan or return to an authorized service facility for 
      examination and/or repair.
16. To disconnect, grip the plug and pull from wall outlet. Never pull on the cord.
17. When inserting the rolling casters into the bottom of the unit, please note there will be 
      approximately a 1/8” space between the base of the unit and the ring on the caster when 
      they are installed. Do not over insert the casters.
