STEPS:
BIKE ASSEMBLY:
Step 1:
Install handle bar over front fender and into front fork covers in the same order as diagram 1.
Step 2:
Install the front wheel with axle rod and nuts, pay attention to diagram 2 for order of parts
assembly.
Step 3:
Loop the supplied tape through rear of mask and into webbing on the plastic handlebar plate to
fix the mask in place
Step 4:
Fit part # 8 handlebar plate to front of bike using 4 x screws.
Step 5:
Connect the plugs on handle bar with main body of the bike. Attach front wheel & handlebar
assembly to the main body of the bike using part # 15 - M10x140 Bolt & Nut.
Step 6:
Slide the foot pedal axle rod through bike and fit plastic foot plates either side of the bike.
Step 7:
Fit the training wheel assembly over the 2 bolts underneath the bike as per diagram 7. Fix and
tighten in place using M5 nuts.
Step 8:
Fit dashboard onto the handlebar face plate and fix in place using M5 x 25 screws. Clip wind-
shield into place once dashboard is fitted.
