7. Follow the illustration to assemble Front & Rear wheels.
Note 1 - Make sure the raised point on wheel rim is matched to the hollow spot on wheel.
Note 2 - Make sure to use 14mm spacer (part #20) on FRONT wheel assembly and 16mm
spacer (part #21) on REAR wheel assembly.
8. Follow illustration, assemble the steering wheel onto steering rod. Note - make sure the
direction limited stopper located on both sides of steering rod are in the horizontal position, so the
steering wheel can be assembled to the steering rod properly.
Then put 12mm washer described as part #13 and 10mm locking nut described as part #12 to
steering rod and use supplied wrench described as part #19 to tighten the nut and insert the
steering wheel cover described as part #9 to the steering wheel.
9. Assemble the front bumper onto body by using 3 pcs 4mm x 16mm circular self-tappimg screw
described as part #18.
10. Assemble the front hood, insert the front end to the holes on battery compartment cover,
then press down the front hood end.
11. Install the headset into the
rectangular holes behind the seat.
12. Apply the 4pcs of butterfly-head
screw described as part #16 to secure
the headset in place.
