8.2.4. Backup
Select this item to backup all your simple bookmarks, audio bookmarks and
audio notes that you have saved in internal memory to the reserved backup
folder on the SD Card.
The backup folder name is $VR_Backup_yyyy-mm-dd_hhmm, where yyyy-
mm-dd_hhmm is the date and time of the backup.
The backed up bookmarks and audio notes will be sub-folders under the
backup folder, so they can be accessed on your PC.
Note: You can only have one backup folder on the SD Card. If there is an
existing backup folder, a confirmation will be required to overwrite the
existing backup.

Select this item to restore all your bookmarks, audio bookmarks and audio
notes in internal memory with those from the backup folder on the SD Card.
Backup files may be modified on your PC. However, you must ensure that the
backup files contain no non-bookmark or non-audio note files, and that the
size of the backup folder is not larger than the internal memory.
After the restore is complete, the player will reboot to ensure the restored
configuration is loaded properly.
If you have used your computer to place multiple backup folders on your SD
