Warranty Terms
The Human Care HC AB warranty covers defects in material and manufacture of the walking aid.
Wear on wheels, brake parts and handles are not included. Finish damages which have occurred after
delivery are not covered. The warranty presumes that the product has been used in the intended way
and that it has been regularly reconditioned in accordance with our reconditioning instructions. The
ID number of the product must also be identifiable. Furthermore, the product must not have been
modified or customized by any party other than Human Care HC AB. The warranty period is one (1)
year or according to agreement.
For complaints, please contact us for instructions on how to proceed.
For complaints, the following information should be indicated: product ID number; the date of the last
reconditioning; the name of the consignor contact; a description of the fault.
