Secure the antenna to a flat surface using one of the following methods:
double-sided tape (hold for 30 sec. after application; not recommended
for windows), screws, or nails.

Re-tighten the antenna cables as they may have loosened while adjusting
the antenna.

Troubleshooting
In the event of an issue, check the following:
•
The power light is ON.
•
The connections for the antenna, Ethernet, and power are secure.
•
The HughesNet Wi-Fi Modem is ON and connected to the Internet.
•
The Ethernet cable connects the HughesNet Wi-Fi Modem directly to the
Multipath Device. Do not connect a switch, router, or any other
networking device between the two devices.
•
If using your own Ethernet cable, ensure the cable is Cat5e, CAT6, or CAT7.
•
Check your browser’s version and ensure you have the latest release.
