With the exception of the IDU to antenna RF cable, do not route the power cable
outside the vehicle.
Common IDU Mounting Information
Note
: Use care when drilling through the body of the vehicle to avoid puncturing critical
items.
Instructions for the installer:
1.
Mount the terminal onto a flat surface using at least four screws (not
supplied). Use screws with a diameter between 3.5 and 4 mm. Vibration
resistant screws or lock washers should be used.
2.
There are three holes/slots on either side of the base of the terminal for
mounting the screws.
