Remove packaging materials from handle assemblies (P-10 and P-11).

Remove screws on 
both sides of tube.

Slide upper tube (P11) onto handle assembly (P-10).  Reinsert screws removed in previous step as shown.

Assemble brackets (P-21) to backboard using bolts (H-25) metal spacers (H-24) and nuts (H-26) as
shown. The spacers may fit very tightly between the brackets and may need to be tapped gently into place
with a hammer.
