The fire sweeping mechanism is driven by a stepping motor and swept through the
test cup in a straight line.
The flash fire detection sensor adopts optical sensitive sensor to detect the flash point
in a non-contact manner.
2.Sample temperature sensor
The sample temperature sensor adopts armored L-type PT100 to measure the
temperature of the sample in the test cup.
When adjusting the height of the sensor, loosen the nut fixing the temperature sensor.
Adjust the position exactly at that time and then tighten it.
3.Heating system
AC 220V voltage supply, two 300W heating rods (two are available, installed to the
instrument), 0-600w can be adjusted continuously.
The other two heating rods can be switched in the system settings.
The heating system has a high-power cooling fan, which can set the cooling
temperature of the hot bath in the method setting.
4.Fire fighting device
The instrument is equipped with fire extinguishing cover. Only when the detection of
ignition point is over, the sample starts to burn. At this time, the lifting mechanism rises,
and the fire cover is driven by the stepping motor to extinguish the burning sample
cover.
5.Barometer
In the instrument cabinet, electronic barometer is used.
6.Printer
In front of the instrument, a thermal micro printer is used, and the printing paper must be
thermal printing paper.
III. Install
The automatic open flash point tester should be installed in the laboratory with good
ventilation device or in the laboratory or fume hood close to the fume hood, so as to
