reinforced concrete pavement because the signal will be shielded by metal covers or
steel bars. The inductive connection method cannot be used to apply signals to
well-insulated pipelines unless both ends of the pipeline are connected to ground well.

Distance between Transmitter and Receiver
The transmitter will send signals to its upper space and the lower part of the
pipeline at the same time, so the receiverwill receive the signal from transmitter if it
is close to the transmitter. In order to distinguish whether there is any effect on the
receiver from the transmitter source, move the transmitter to one side by one or
two meters, and if the anomaly detected from the receiver is also moving, it means
that the distance between the receiver and the transmitter is too short and the
received signal comes from the transmitter. Another method is to point the receiver
directly to the transmitter, then if there is no change of the abnormal phenomenon
or if the abnormality is increasing, then the receiver receives the signal from
transmitter. If this happens, you should increase the distance between receiver and
transmitter or reduce transmitter output power and reduce receiver sensitivity.
