This topic describes the common operations in Windows.

A tool set is installed along with the ES3000 driver in Windows. You can use the tools to perform
operations on the ES3000.

4.3.1 Querying Hardware Information

Operation Scenario

The ES3000 hardware information includes the driver version, controller firmware versions, and
chip type. You can use an ES3000 effectively after knowing its basic information.

You also need to verify the ES3000 hardware information before an upgrade.
