RST button
To restart the device, press the RST button. Ensure that the running
configuration is saved before pressing the RST button.
The RST button can also be used to restore the default settings. To do
so, press and hold down the RST button and power on the device. When
the MODE indicator of the fixed interface board blinks (about 3 to 5
seconds later), release the button. The device then starts with the default
configuration.
NOTE
If the device has a hard disk installed, before pressing the RST button to reset,
run the
disk offline
command in the user view. Wait about 30 seconds until the
system indicates that the hard disk stops working and then press the RST button.
Otherwise, the data may be lost or hard disk be damaged.

The rear panel of the USG6550/6570 provides the power module, protective ground terminal,
and hard disk slot for optional hard disk combination.

Slot numbering
Indicates the layout of the slots, including the slot number and
module type.
Power modules (in slots
PWR5 and PWR6)
Provides power input and distribution for the device. One
power module is provided by default, but two power modules
are supported to provide 1+1 power redundancy. If two power
modules are used and one power module fails, the other can
support the entire system so that you can replace the faulty
power module without interrupting device operation. For
