Please set the
as system language for Traditional Chinese characters using regional and
the site name and address book must be edited in traditional Chinese.
Importing Contacts
Step 1
Log in to the telepresence host's web interface. Choose
Records
>
Contacts
to display the
Contacts

Contacts tab page
Step 2
From the
Contacts
tab page, click
Import Contacts
. Select a contacts file (in .vcf format), and
click
Upload
, as shown in the
Figure 4-60
Import Contacts
Give local records precedence
means if there are duplicate records in local address book and
the address book you want to import, it will keep the local records and skip these duplicate
records in the new address book.

Exporting Contacts
Step 1
From the
Contacts
tab page, click
Export Contacts
.
Step 2
From the displayed dialog box, click
Save
.
Step 3
Select a save path for the contacts to be exported.
A .vcf file is then saved to the selected path, as shown in
HUAWEI TP3106&TP3118&TP3118S
