Power-on and Power-off
DANGER
Before checking the device and cables, ensure that all the power supplies of the system have
been powered off; otherwise, false or loose connection of cables may cause personal injury or
equipment damage.

Do not swap cables and the field replaceable unit (FRU) module during the process of
power-on to avoid data loss. Wait at least one minute after you cut off the power, and then
connect to the power again.
l
Do not switch off or on the power before the disks stop reading or writing data to avoid
disk damage and data loss.
