●
To avoid leakage of ventilation channels and damage to copper pipes, seal
the holes after the pipes are routed. Seal the opening of the copper pipes to
prevent foreign matter from entering the refrigerant pipes.
●
Wrap welded pipes with heat insulation cottons to prevent condensate water.
●
The refrigerant pipes should be wrapped with heat insulation cotton.
3.5.4 Connecting Water Pipes
Prerequisites
The humidifier water inlet pipe connects to running water or other water supply
systems, and the drainpipe connects to the drainage system.
Context
shows the water pipes in the cooling system.
Figure 3-38 Connecting water pipes
(1) Water inlet pipe to the infrared humidifier (2) Condensate drainpipe
Procedure
Step 1 Connect the water inlet pipe of the infrared humidifier.
Reserve a 3/4 inch BSPP internal thread port to facilitate the connection to
external water pipes. Add a cutoff valve at the water inlet of the external pipes for
easy maintenance.
NO TICE
Ensure that the external water pressure is within the range of 100-700 kPa. Low
pressure or high pressure leads to a fault of the infrared humidifier. A reducing
valve must be installed if the inlet water pressure exceeds 700 kPa. Ensure that no
large particles are in the water. Otherwise, install a filter at the water inlet.
