The following table lists the maximum number of Mic 500s supported by video conferencing
endpoints of different models.
Two Mic 500s
To cascade the two Mic 500s, connect the HD-AI port on the endpoint to the IN port on the first
Mic 500. Then connect the port not marked by IN on the first Mic 500 to the IN port on the second
Mic 500.

Muting/Unmuting

For the cascaded Mic 500s, press the button on one of them to mute or unmute all.
Mute or unmute the Mic 500 using the remote control, Touch, or web interface of the connected
video conferencing endpoint.
Press the button at the center of the Mic 500 to mute or unmute it.
