7.1 Why does my phone show I have a 4G signal, but I
can't make calls?
Making calls requires a 2G or 3G signal. If you have a 4G signal but can't make calls, your
phone may be failing to receive a 2G or 3G signal or the call or 2G/3G services are not
enabled on the carrier's network. To resolve this problem, try the following:
1.
Check whether this problem also occurs on another phone using a SIM card from the
same carrier.
2.
Insert your SIM card into another 4G phone and check whether the problem still occurs.
3.
Contact your carrier and check whether your phone's call and 2G/3G services are
enabled.
