Installing a door frame

Step 3

Put M6x16 screws through the fixing plate, as shown in 4 in

. Then secure the

door post to the cabinet side post using the fixing plate, as shown in 3 in



The space around the lower part of a door post is narrow. Therefore, use a small box-end wrench or a
small adjustable wrench if required.



, 3 is a magnified view of the left post, and should contain a fixing plate as the screw

washer. The figure is for reference only.



, the recommended torque for 4 is 2.94 N•m±10%.



If the cabinet side beam has a hole, secure it to the cabinet bottom. If the side beam does not have a
hole, secure it to the cabinet bottom sealing plate. If an adaptive frame is available, secure it to the
bottom of the adaptive frame.

Leveling the Doorhead

Context

Check whether the doorhead is level by using a spirit level. Adjust the doorhead if the
levelness deviation exceeds 0.5°.

Procedure

Step 1

Observe the levelness of the doorhead. Adjust the anchor bolts of cabinets if it is not level.
