2 Installing Cabinets

Do not remove anchor bolts. Otherwise, you need to rework them for use.

Adjust the anchor bolts by performing the following operations:



Wrench an anchor bolt clockwise to elevate a cabinet leg, or wrench an anchor bolt anticlockwise to
lower it. A cabinet leg can be adjusted within a range of 0-8 mm.



To adjust the height of a 2.2 m cabinet, use a socket wrench to adjust its anchor bolts at the top. To
adjust the height of a 2 m cabinet, use an adjustable wrench to adjust its anchor bolts at the bottom.



Typically, you need only to adjust a maximum of two anchor bolts at depth when adjusting a 2.2 m
high cabinet. When adjusting a 2 m high cabinet, adjust the four anchor bolts according to the
practical condition.

Comply with the following requirements:



Check that the vertical distance between the top of the cabinet and the floor is 2000±2 mm for a 2 m
high cabinet and 2200±2 mm for a 2.2 m high cabinet, and ensure that the cabinet is level using a
level.

Loosen screws on the cabinet connecting kit, as shown in 2 in

connecting kit by 90° toward the nearby cabinet, and align screw holes on the connecting
kit and the rack.

3.

Combine two cabinets at the front doors by using screws and connecting kits, as shown
by 3 in

Step 2

Perform the preceding step to combine the two cabinets at the rear doors by using screws and
connecting kits.

Step 3

Repeat the procedure to combine other cabinets.

Ensure that the vertical distance between each cabinet top and the floor is 2000 mm and that
all cabinet tops are on the same plane. For a 2.2 m high cabinet, ensure that the vertical
distance is 2200 mm.

2.4.2 Combining Air Conditioners

Context

The cabinet combination method for an air conditioner is different in the 2000 mm scenario
and 2200 mm scenario. The air conditioner cabinet is 2000 mm high. In the 2200 mm
scenario, you need to install a top frame on top of the air conditioner before cabinet
combination.
